Paul,
I love lucky days!!!
But as the pendulum swings, I can't get the patch to apply for some reason.
Maybe yesterday was my last lucky day for the year. Is the patch that you
made off of 2.2.10 or off of some other build milestone?
--UPDDATE-- OK, I couldn't get your diff to work, so I made my own after
downloading the raw dbmail-mailbox.c. Then I added a patch to the .spec file,
and viola!
Snappermail now works! Now if I just didn't have to shell out $60 for an
email client on a platform that should have been replaced years ago . . . . .
For some reason, Versamail will ignore "Only get messages from the past x
days" if you put it on scheduled downloading. Iambic's Mail client crashes
when decoding a base64 email, and after months, Iambic doesn't have a fix
still.
So in order to use IMAP on Palm, I either use Snappermail Enterpise, or
nothing. Google's Android looks great --- Palm's new OS looks great. . . . who
knows when though? Frustrating.
Actually, the only reason why I'm using IMAP instead of POP3 is because
when I tried previously to retrieve mail via POP3, it downloaded all messages
in all folders. Is that still the behavior?
Also, if someone wants the SRPM of 2.2.10 with this patch, msg me off-list
w/out [Dbmail] in the subjectline. I don't have the bandwidth anywhere to post
it for public download.
Thanks Paul!

It's your lucky day. I fixed this in both the 2.2 branch and trunk yesterday
after testing with my Nokia phone.
You can pick up the patch here:
http://git.dbmail.eu/?p=paul/dbmail;a=commitdiff;h=2cc2acab3c57d7262ec5d3bfa7ceaa8d9697bc3c
Please let me know how if it helps. I've only done some regression and unit
testing on it.
