Just so people are aware, i've currently setup two remote postfix/dbmail

Both in master-master replicating and working
Roundrobin equally weighted mx's
My setup is only partially load balanced. Specifically, I only have 1 MX
record with the IP address that fails over. The main reason for this is
the reduction in spam exposure, since among spammers techniques is the
"spam to all MX-es" one, which can result in the spam volume being
multiplied by the number of MX records. If you really need multiple
servers, put them behind the same MX record and have the hostname
resolve to multiple IPs. This will help to some extent. Sorry, this is
starting to get off-topic.

With regards to master-master replication i'm using the staggered auto
increments.
Of course - there's no way to make it work without staggered
auto-increments. :^)
