I had the same problem. It could be in /etc/mail/table file. Wiki
description says:
domain.example.com dbmail:domain.example.com, that need not be correct.

My configuration is:
/etc/mail/mailertable:
test.usi.vutbr.cz dbmail-lmtp:smtp.usi.vutbr.cz
/etc/mail/relay-domains
test.usi.vutbr.cz
