I have set the trace log and i think it is a collation issue in the database... my tables are still set to latin. Could this be the issue? I have the trace of several emails going into dbmail, some of which had the above issue: http://devtga.newmedia.co.nz/dbmail_trace.txt (I will remove this after ive solved the issue and i reported back to the list).
