Hi Paul,

The IDLE was always disabled in all Thunderbird clients, as there 
otherwise were problems transgressing from pop3 mail boxes to imap mail 
boxes. I did also remove IDLE from capabilities in dbmail.conf 
yesterday. It will probably take a couple of days before any effect of 
the changes may be noted.
