Paul, I don't think so. You are pointing to a false positive here - that
is correct (the mime-version header inside a part of multi-part message):

The first occurence is on "line 2 of quote" and the second under the
content-type. Please note, that this belongs still to the header part of
the email and the body starts after one empty line (second from bottom
of the quote).
This second mime-version occures always ABOVE "sender: dbmail-...." when
the contents is multipart. I think that this is not caused on my end and
the additional header is injected with the software which injects those
headers (multiple examples attached).
I've checked this "duplicate mime-version" error and from 220 bad
headers are 123 from dbmail and one from some Lotus notes mailer. Other
bad headers are not of this kind. So with 99% probability it is only
happening for dbmail list.
