as per the attached email, I some time ago had to make a script that
would count the number of total IMAP connections, and if it exceeded 200
(250 is probably safe, but i've seen it at 253 before with the limit set
to 200, checking every 30 minutes), it would stop and restart dbmail.

This is with stunnel in front, and afaict all of the users with inflated
numbers are using Outlook (2003 probably). I've tried tweaking various
settings in stunnel in case outlook was being idle but not hanging up,
but nothing has worked.

Is this 'normal' ? I've considered imapproxy, but if Outlook isn't
hanging up, it wouldn't help much.
