OK, so have copied the lang-en.conf file from asciidoc's documentation directly into the 'man' directory of dbmail source tree. Now:
asciidoc --unsafe -b docbook -d manpage dbmail.txt xmlto man dbmail.xml 2>/dev/null make[2]: *** [dbmail.1] Error 127 rm dbmail.xml ----- Forwarded Message ----- From: "Lou Picciano" <[email protected]> To: "dbmail List" <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, May 1, 2010 3:25:56 PM GMT -05:00 US/Canada Eastern Subject: [Dbmail] ERROR: missing language conf file: lang-en.conf We are getting most of the way through a build of dbmail-2.2.15, then seeing: make[2]: Entering directory `/path/to/sourcetree/dbmail-2.2.15/man' asciidoc --unsafe -b docbook -d manpage dbmail.txt ERROR: missing language conf file: lang-en..conf make[2]: *** [dbmail.xml] Error 1 Doesn't look like any binaries are built, so probably can't just do a copy out of the build tree. We do have asciidoc installed, but have done nothing to create a language conf file; (have had no use for asciidoc other than for this build). Really don't want the diversion of studying asciidoc right now... Can someone help - perhaps with a simple lang-en.conf file which will get me past this message? Or, is there a way to simply bypass doc production altogether? (Is there anyone else out there building this on Solaris?)
