Since dbmail doesn't have anything at all to do with outgoing email
(smtp) I don't see how this would be possible, short of turning dbmail
into the relaying smtp service - which is not going to happen.

One possible solution may be to use the sender_bcc_maps feature of
postfix, where the map hooks into whatever holds your email addresses
and aliases (sql or ldap).
