I suspect you have bindip=* in dbmail.conf.
Use either an explicit ipv4 address (like 0.0.0.0) or an explicit ipv6
address (like ::), or a combination (0.0.0.0,::)
this should not be a problem on linux/fbsd systems, but we've seen
similar problems since the ipv6 code was merged, and using above
workaround helped.
