hello

i have just compiled dbmail v3.0.0rc1.

the version number is incorrect and the copyright text is not the latest when
using the '-V' commandline option.

E.g.

john@blackhole ~/Development/dbmail-3.0.0-rc1 $ src/dbmail-util -V
This is DBMail version 0.9.9
