Jesse These are our Squirrelmail default settings so there is nothing for me to test.
The other posters suggest this is a known Squirrelmail issue and I'm happy to let it rest as I'm moving people to Roundcube and to be honest most use imap/Blackberry's in the field anwyway. The original poster wondering about his performance presumably has some tweaking to do unless he also has 100's of folders as my "Squirrelmail problem" users do. That didn't speed up the right pane of the actual folder contents any.
