That error is triggered when a line is read from an email, and a
line-length longer than MAX_LINELENGTH is detected. MAX_LINELENGTH is
defined in src/dbmail.h as 64*1024 by default.
Line-length is calculated by counting the number of characters until a
newline is detected.
I've never seen this myself in the wild. Your MTA might provide details.
If you use postfix the mailq command should show the message id, and
postcat can be used to show you the full message.
Using syslog_logging_levels = 64 will show you the lines as they are
read off the wire, which may also give you some idea of what's going on.
