poll exchange1.postoffice.net proto imap
user "my_username" there with password "my_password" is
"[email protected]" here
options ssl lmtp

Note that I've been using this exact fetchmailrc with dbmail-2.2.17
for over a year without issue.

I'll report back if downgrading to gmime 2.4.14 works ...
