I am using authsql and trying to log in over imap. I am unsing an encryption between mail-client and imap-server (this should be independent). But the password in the (MySQL) database is stored unencrypted. Everything works fine if i leave the encryption_type field empty, but if i set it to plaintext the login procedure failed. I changed nothing else except that!
