One advice I would give you is to separate the OS from the DATA, like:

2x drives RAID1 for OS, and message injection (postfix/spamfilter/virus
filter), and RAID1 or RAID10 for the database storage,

I have RAID1 for OS, RAID1 for DATA, with 200GB, no problem, Xeon E31230,
12GB RAM
Linux RAID, not Hardware, I'll only insert HW raid when I'll have more
usage,
