Jira is great. Confluence is not; Mediawiki is a much better wiki. Haven't 
tried Stash. My @work developers are pushing everything to Github instead so 
we dropped plans to trial Stash. 

Jira and Confluence are both built for largish organizations and probably you 
wouldn't use 90% of what they do.
