we are at debug a few issues (i am only a user but try to help)

* i rolled yet out http://git.dbmail.eu/paul/dbmail/log/?h=dbmail_3_1
* this should fix randomly empty subjects in Thunderbird with IMAP

currently we seek a issue where Apple Mail users receive randomly
empty message bodies (at least with POP3 and AFAIK also one time
with IMAP) and if i move the message in question with IMAP
around and back to the inbox the user get the message again
and this time with a clean body

the pervert in this issue is that both messages received
via terminal and POP3 are 100% identical and because it
happens each day a few times it is a really serious
problem and hard to say how many users are affected
and if it really affects Apple Mail because until now
nobody has a clue what is going wrong

so i would prefer 3.1.3 after this is solved
