The flags on dbmail_mailboxes are as far as I can tell legacy garbage.
There's no code that touches them I can find. They pre-date my
involvement in dbmail... I think they may have been used once to model
the behaviour of IMAP-SELECT, but that's old hat now.

dbmail_acl is used to support shared mailboxes. You can grant specific
users specific rights to other users' mailboxes. There is information on
the wiki, but some README.acl would be nice to have.

dbmail_messages: those specify the system-flags assigned to messages.
IMAP stuff.
