that's not a issue, you need the alias, nothing new
deliver_to is another alias-name or user_idnr

that is why you can local_recipient_maps = 
mysql:/etc/postfix/mysql-recipients.cf
and postfix knows any available RCPT and for the MTA it does not matter if
it is a mailbox or a forwarder pointing to 5 mailboxes
