Installation:

So, we see content-type in reply from dbmail
and roundcube shows attachment-icon

and we don't see content-type from reply, but message has it!
Why dbmail don't return content-type field?
May be this help to found, why roundcube don't show attachment-icon with
dbmail-3.1.7
