Ive had an odd error in the last couple of days. One user with an iPhone
states his iPhone is giving an error whenever he tried to check his mail
stating the phone could not download any new messages.
The user can access his e-mail using roundcube and/or Outlook and/or his
android tablet without any issue and he seems to log in to the imap server
fine with his iPhone but in the dbmail.log file with normal logging I am
seeing the following

I have run dbmail-util ay a couple of times and its not reporting any
errors.
Ive turned on full logging and the error seems to be around this region

Both his mail/read and mail/Deleted Messages folders are actually empty
according to the database.
Weve tried deleted the account and adding it again but now the user cannot
see any messages in any folder and the same error appears in the logs.
Any ideas?
