The problem Peter reports only affects users that have multiple
mailboxes with overlapping non-ascii (utf7) parts that are marked as
case-sensitive:
"INBOX/Luk&AOEBYQ- Korel/Sanitop - PT"
"INBOX/Luk&AOEBYQ- Korel/Secpral - RO"
the problem was caused by a faulty refactoring early in the dbmail_3_1
branch in commit 611da140
I believe I've fixed this, by reverting to the old code from 3.0.
