Hi Eric,
It seems that I recently introduced this bug. I wanted a way to catch
missing surface forms at evaluation time, so I raised this exception. I
forgot that the candidates interface tries to disambiguate all surface
forms at once, so this was a very stupid idea I had. I already have a fix
for it. I will redeploy ASAP.
