Hi Felix,
In general, the system may shout if you specify any paths to files that
don't exist. So the configuration is an upper bound on files that you will
need to have. The internationalization guide is a lower bound. Sorry for
the lack of precision in the documentation. :) From what I remember, your
list looks good.

The stopwords can be any of the existing lists on the Web. Including the
one we distribute here:
http://spotlight.dbpedia.org/download/release-0.4/stopwords.en.list
