Which REST API did you use? We have /spot, /annotate, /candidates, etc.
I can tell you that DBpedia:TopicalConcept is not loaded in the SPARQL
endpoint because we created it as one of the NLP datasets [1].
The difference between Organisation and Place could be a version difference.
