Hi SP,
The PHP script you are using is a not provided as a "service". It was
created for the sole purpose of supporting the GSoC search application.
That app was created to help GSoC students to find projects during their
application period. We plan to bring that service back up once GSoC 2013 is
back, but you should not rely on it anyhow.
The correct endpoint for DBpedia Lookup is as described at:
http://lookup.dbpedia.org
