For me the Demo here is working: http://dbpedia-spotlight.github.com/demo/
As for the Webservice - only SPOT is working - the rest return some errors.
As far as I know the server on which the application is running is small
and it freezes sometimes. I think Pablo or Jackob have to manually restart
it from time to time.
