Can DBpedia Spotlight annotation be case insensitive? For example for the
following text "World health organization or World Health Organization",
"World Health Organization" is annotated but "World health organization" is
not annotated (using the demo page). It can be helpful to have case
insensitive annotation when dealing with informal content such as forum,
discussion or social network content. Thank you.
