Betreff: Re: [Dbpedia-developers] Wikidata warm-up task

Hi Hady and Anja,
the biggest problem of this gsoc project is that details are yet unclear.
Is the RDF of Wikidata stable? What about interlanguagelinks?

Overall, I would like to get the following high level goals out of the project:
- stable live update component
- export and sustainable refinement of WikiData data
- ability to query WikiData via SPARQL effectively
- optional. merge of WikiData data with the remaining Wikipedia article data
- optional. interlinking with other semantic web databases

We could even offer to develop a pubsubhubbub interface jointly with wikidata
dev to tackle the first one.

for the rest we would need to reach a decision on how to proceed.
@anja: I will be in Berlin Moabit on Monday. I would stay longer than 18 h if
you want to meet and greet and sort things out.

@all: What do you consider an appropriate warm up task for that doesn't lead
too far astray? interlanguage links? pubsubhubbub?..
