as agreed , í'll start writing some code to extract the Language specific
same as files from the created Master Languagelinks File
i see that DBpedia has links only for some languages and others are not
existing
bg ca cs de el es fr hu it ko pl pt ru sl tr
should we generate files for those languages only or for all languages
inside WikiData ?
