Cool! I didn't know that a Wikipedia in Latin exists!
Take a look at the following page
http://wiki.dbpedia.org/Internationalization
and try to add as many configurations as possible in
https://github.com/dbpedia/extraction-framework/tree/master/core/src/main/scala/org/dbpedia/extraction/config
Then, send the changes with a pull request, as described in
https://github.com/dbpedia/extraction-framework/wiki/Contributing
