Hello All,
i'm trying to add extract some triples using the Quad class ,
the quads are exported as the following when there's an illegal character
like special characters or spaces ..etc
<http://wikidata.dbpedia.org/resource/Q8> <
http://www.w3.org/2002/07/owl#sameAs> <BAD URI: Illegal character in scheme
name at index 0: <http://zh_yue.dbpedia.org/resource/開心>> .
i wonder if i have to encode the String before sending it to the Quad
constructor ?
