We created some stats once that are included in the last DBpedia paper [1 , p10-11] but it involved a lot of manual effort. we plan to deploy some charts that visualize the high level mapping stats (e.g. http://mappings.dbpedia.org/server/statistics/en/) but this is just a better visualization of what we already have
What you suggest is more advanced and more interesting. Probably there are some MediaWiki tools / extensions that can do that @community, does anyone knows any mediawiki extensions / tools that can provide such reports?
