Hi Nurendra & welcome!

We are still in progress to decide on our projects this year but we plan to
add one or two with ML .
Our preferred language is Java / Scala but depending on the project we can
deviate :)

It is not final yet but we will probably use the ideas wiki to communicate
our projects and concrete ideas will posted there
http://wiki.dbpedia.org/ideas/ideas/tags:gsoc

welcome again & cheers
Dimitris
