All,

We're in the process of moving the DBpedia HTML frontend (a.k.a.
Pubby) to a new server at the OpenLink premises in Burlington, MA.
This eliminates the cross-atlantic round trip that so far has been
necessary to render every DBpedia page. Extra special thanks go to
Kingsley for making this possible, and to Zdravko for patiently
replicating our rather byzantine configuration on the new box.

Please help us by kicking the tyres!

The old server is currently here:
http://dbpedia.org/

The new server is currently here:
http://openlink.dbpedia.org/

Everything that can be done on the old server should also be possible
on the new server, e.g. there's a SPARQL endpoint at /sparql, the page
about Burlington is at /page/Burlington%2C_Massachusetts, and so on.

If everything works well, then we'll flip the switch early next week,
and openlink.dbpedia.org will become dbpedia.org.

Example:
old -- http://dbpedia.org/page/Burlington%2C_Massachusetts
new -- http://openlink.dbpedia.org/page/Burlington%2C_Massachusetts

Please let us know if you find anything unexpected on the new machine!

Many thanks,
Richard
