We have fixed some bugs in the past days and are preparing a new release. The tracker is the right place to post bugs and feature requests. It's indeed a problem to know who is responsible for which data set. @others: Maybe we should add more information at the bottom of the download page [1]? I assigned your reports to Georgi as he may be able help. We can probably solve the problems you posted manually, but I do not know how accurate the WordNet links are in general.
