Hi Bob, that Wikipedia page has two Infobox templates, Infobox President and Infobox U.S. Cabinet. The dbpedia:presidentStart Property comes from the U.S. Cabinet template.
Other articles with that template such as Abraham_Lincoln have the same property. Look at the dbpedia:wikiPageUsesTemplate property of Zachary Taylor, and you'll see http://dbpedia.org/resource/Template:infobox_u.s._cabinet, which shows a list of all articles with that template.
