I am accessing the correct URI
It turns out that from Jena, you need to use <bif:contains> in angulat bracket 
to avoid the Jena parser complaining that there is no matching prefix.

this URI: http://dbpedia.org/sparql/, or another place? This could be 
the issue ;)


No bif:contains doesn't have any prefix and is a built-in function of 
the datastore.
