Have you tried searching for:
Lil'Louis French Kiss
ie without and doubles quotes around it, as that returns what look
like 6 meaningful results ?
Although I do agree that the query with double quotes should also
have worked, thus this is something we need to check at the Virtuoso
end where the DBpedia service is hosted.
