Hi Marco, we are currently discussing what's the best way to publish the units. OWL 2 has some features that we will probably use.
For now, you can find a list of the units in these files: http://dbpedia.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/dbpedia/ontology/dbpedia_3.4.owl?revision=2270 The URIs are not correct, but the unit names are. http://dbpedia.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/dbpedia/trunk/extraction/src/main/php/ontology/OntologyDataTypes.php?revision=2602 With conversion factors and other meta data, but surrounded by unrelated PHP code.
