The file sizes for all languages can also be seen here: 
http://downloads.dbpedia.org/current/ (lastest release)
http://downloads.dbpedia.org/3.5/ (3.5 release)

Since DBpedia 3.0, we always used this structure: 
http://downloads.dbpedia.org/$release/$language/$extractor_$lang.$format.bz2 

(We might change it in the future, but it has been stable for a while.)
