the PND dump is included in the DBpedia extraction since DBpedia 3.5 for the English and German Wikipedia and is available via the downloads page: http://wiki.dbpedia.org/Downloads35 We are currently fixing some bugs and will have DBpedia 3.5.1 available later this week.
