Yes, that is the real size of the database, although I am not sure how you 
ended up on that old page for the old DBpedia 3.4 snapshot when Kingsley gave 
you a link for the latest DBpedia 3.5.1 snapshot which is 75GB:

Note this snapshot contain all the available  DBpedia 3.5.1 datasets available 
at:

        http://wiki.dbpedia.org/Downloads351

Which once loaded and suitably indexed etc. results in the database file sizes 
you see ...
