Dbpedia, at the time being, is centered around the English Wikipedia; it does contains assertions that certain pages in other Wikipedias are about the same topic as pages in en.wikipedia, but that's derived from en.wikipedia, not the others.

    Freebase processes content from en.wikipedia,  but not the others.

I think there are people who've pointed the dbpedia extraction software at other wikipedias, but I don't think they're publically available.
