Hi Alexander, I am not sure if I fully understand your question. But what I can say is that the DBpedia extraction framework extracts data from all pages of all language Wikipedias [1], if an equivalent page in English exists.
This data can be downloaded at http://downloads.dbpedia.org/3.5.1/ . Hope this helps.
