Yes, that was the source. I wasn't particularly expecting to go public
with it until I hit these issues; it was more for some NoTube project
explorations. I couldn't see any license/permissions on his post but
whatever they are, assume they apply. Maybe dropping his descriptions
at least would be polite. I'll get in touch if I do anything serious
with it.
