Hi Darren, As far as I know, all the relationships between the 272 classes (including subClassOf) coming from DBpedia are in the DBpedia Ontology file. http://downloads.dbpedia.org/3.6/dbpedia_3.6.owl.bz2
The relationships between classes and instances, on the other hand, should be in the "DBpedia Ontology RDF type statements" file: http://downloads.dbpedia.org/3.6/en/instance_types_en.nt.bz2 There are more details about the DBpedia Datasets here: http://wiki.dbpedia.org/Datasets <http://wiki.dbpedia.org/Datasets#h18-11> If I understand correctly what you mean by "entities", then you need the instances and their connections to the classes (rdf:type) instead of subClassOf.
