Hi,
I am not part of the DBpedia team (and not responsible for the datasets)
but I guess that by mistake they uploaded the preview instead of the full
datasets
The German DBpedia (de.dbpedia.org) hosts different datasets.
They use the de.dbpedia.org namespace and original article name (instead of
the English translation) but i think they are outdated
