Virtuoso is a Quad Store, so you have duplicate data across Named Graphs. This is part of the evaluation cost. If you scope your query to a specific Named Graph it has less to evaluate. Ultimately there's always overhead. Even in the case of DBpedia, we do have some linksets placed in their own Named Graphs i.e, distinct from the Graph IRI: http://dbpedia.org . -- Regards, Kingsley Idehen President& CEO OpenLink Software Web: http://www.openlinksw.com Weblog: http://www.openlinksw.com/blog/~kidehen Twitter/Identi.ca: kidehen ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ vRanger cuts backup time in half-while increasing security.
